Meet Our Team
Andy Dardini, CEO
Andy Dardini earned degrees in Agronomy and Agricultural Education from Purdue University, where he developed a strong interest in regenerative agriculture and improving soil health. After college, he taught high school agriculture for six years and was recognized as a Distinguished Educator in 2020 and 2021.
Driven by a passion for practical, farmer-first innovation, Andy began researching and formulating solutions that could help growers reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizers while improving plant health, soil performance, and overall yield potential. His work led directly to the development and formulation of Physagro’s product lineup—built to support soil detoxification, nutrient cycling, and stronger crop resilience.
In 2021, Andy founded Physagro, bringing his innovations directly to farmers through a suite of products designed to improve input efficiency and long-term productivity. He also grows apples and blueberries on his orchard in central Indiana, which keeps him closely connected to the day-to-day realities of farming. Andy is a native of Lebanon, Indiana, where he remains active in the local community.
